13 pax posted at the Ship on another foggy gloomy morning in #TheWood. YHC had a diabolical plan based off of a #CSAUP BC months ago by AOQ Sugar. It drew 5 star reviews for the amount of suck and stupidity at the time and YHC was looking for more of the same. Knowing what was on tap, YHC tried to talk himself out of it while at #Hustle the day before while circling the track. But in F3, we do the harder thing and it was time to step up to the challenge. So let’s do this!

Mosey to the asphault behind the home bleachers: circle up! This is when the suck truly began. Put down those coupons. We will not be needing those for quite sometime! YHC then calls out mosey to the track and line up at the first light pole. Insert #mumblechatter
The main thang was then explained to much fanfare.
Starting at the light, Bear Crawl around the curve of the track to the light pole on the other side. Then Hand Release, Broad Jump Burpees the straightaway, then bear crawl the curve, then hand release broad jump burpee the straightaway to the start finish line.

Wow that was brutal! The #trackofdeath was no joke! #tclaps to all 13 pax for completing it! Well done. Thank you Sugar for the inspiration. I am not sure the pax share that thought. It was completely stupid and utterly pointless but what a #beatdown. I was officially dizzy nearing the finish.
Nice work by Meter Maid who tore up the track. He left everybody in his Australian wake. I even had pieces of track under my clothes when I got home. Uncle Buck was not far behind.
Welcome back Mr. Bean who had a much publicized few days away but brought along his boy Blu and the dynamic duo was back!
