NMM:
This run was tough for me. One of the toughest in a while. About 3.5 miles in my legs were dead. The ‘finish line’ seemed to be too far away. Every step forward felt like it would be my last.
I am excited to do my part in the BRR, but I am also ready for the BRR to be done and over. Running up to 6 days a week is really starting to wear on my mind and body. I am at the point that running is not fun for me at the moment. I am ready for it to be fun again.
Round up was running strong this morning and crushed this difficult route and easily out paced his BRR running buddy. Don’t leave me in your dust in 2 weeks.
Alpo slummed it by slowing his pace that is until I dropped back far enough to allow him and Round up to really step up their pace.
The AOQ for the Runs is still trying to get a grip on Rogue One He needs to remember
