Another gathering of great F3 Greenwood PAX looking to get better in the gloom.  Also, another cool, crisp morning in The Wood that allowed for a nice stroll.

The Route

leave sbux and head up hill toward the Countybank, wrap around the Counbank and come back on Hospitality blvd passing movie theatre, Lowes and Publix. Get back on bypass at advanced auto parts, turn right when you smell the smothered, covered and scattered at Waffle House.  Mosey up the small incline in front of Sports Break, then turn right onto montague and head back to sbux

after the run, a few good men took the opportunity to grab a few merkins as the October 10k merkin challenge quickly comes to a close
