- Single warm up lap at comfortable speed
- Beep test – cones are placed 20 yards apart. YHC used the app BT test for timing. When you hear a beep, run to the cone. When you hear the next beep, run back to begininng cone. If you don’t get to cone before the next beep goes off, then you are finished. Beeps progressively become less spaced out.
- After finishing beep test, completed multiple rounds of sprint repeats. Sprint from light pole to light pole, then walk light pole to light pole. Also added in some old school foot races amongst pax.
- Finished with 6 MoM to strengthen core. Stronger core will make you faster.
