It was a muggy morning in #TheGloom of Greenwood this morning, but that didn’t stop 18 pax from getting out on the town.  Some ran and some rucked and all returned safely to the fountain at or shortly after 0600.  There were two or three accounts of a car honking at pax as they ran/rucked.  The assumption is that the honking was an unfriendly gesture, but who knows, it could have been their way of saying good job.

We counted, we named, we announced, and we prayed.

Announcements: Tomorrow’s workout is at 0600 followed by the 2.0 workout at 0800, both at the Shipyard.  2.0’s will be lead by Hulk who has a mini-beatdown planned and then some ultimate frisbee.  2C has the regular workout Q.

Prayer Requests: Meatloaf’s wife’s uncle who is battling cancer, Lego is deploying overseas soon.
