15 PAX crawled out of the comfort of the fartsack to put in some miles on the Cambridge Bowl.  It was a sweatfest, which has become the norm for these humid, early morning runs. Every one pushed themselves and the other men around them.

The Thang: Run north from the Fountain to Cambridge. Hang a left and run until you get to the crest of the bridge. Turn around. At the bottom of the bowl, take a left up and back down Charles St., then return to Manning law firm. Continue the loop until time is called. Head back to the Fountain.
