F3 Greenwood

21 PAX showed up at Starbucks for the 5K.  This crowd has grown so large that it’s become #problematic, according to the F3 model.   The intent behind the F3 workouts it to keep the workouts small.  “Freed to Lead” suggest that 18 is the magic number.  Anything consistently above that number, the group needs to Starfish.  So, rather than do a total Starfish (by having two locations), we are experimenting with keeping the same location, but having two CoT’s.  One for the XL guys and one for the “normal” guys.

So, the XL guys (or XXL) (or XXXL) guys congregated in the back of Starbucks.  All us “normal” PAX gathered in the same location, in the front parking lot of Starbucks.

Great to see Tweeter coming in hot, just in the nick of time! After being on IR for a while, he’s posted two days in a row! Good to have him back!

WEATHER: 59 degrees and 85% humidity

DISCLAIMER: It was given by YHC (watch yourself, don’t get “Tickled” on the run)

Some folks went 5K and and some rocked the 8K. Everyone who left, returned shortly before 6:00.

22 Merkins were performed to bring awareness to the plight of Veterans who, on average, commit suicide daily after returning to civilian life.
