NMS:
* RED Friday’s numbers are looking good. It’s great to see the new faces and to get some newer “Regulars” in the mix.
* TClap’s to Refugee for posting even when he new he would be a little late. Better late than never.
* Multiple drive by’s performed by Greenwood’s finest. We weren’t sure if they were waiting for an invite or if they had received word that Refugee would be coming in Hot.
* TClap’s to Uncle Jesse who continue’s to make these workouts look like child’s play and give us mortals something to strive for.
* A little fence climbing was required during each 800 meter run. This must have motivated Refugee, which would explain his impressive time.
It’s an honor to lead an F3 workout. If you’re ready step up, and if you don’t feel ready, reach out to someone to find out how you can get ready.
