YHC was looking for a REDFriday WOD with merkins but didn’t want to do Capoot. YHC remembered F3PizzaMan posting this on his Strava a couple of weeks ago and saw that there was 200 merkins and 80 burpees in it and it fit the bill. 7 other men answered the call to honor Sgt. Rahul Kumar.

Great effort by the 7 HIMs who defeated the fartsack and got out in the cold.
This WOD is no joke. It is a grind from the word go but it is great to do it with your brothers in the gloom.
Sgt Kumar lost his battle with mental health. And if we’re all honest with ourselves men, F3 is a great tool to battle mental health issues – depression, anxiety, the thoughts of I’m not good enough, etc. It’s not only the physical fitness component. It’s the brother hood. It’s the bonding. It’s knowing my brother is in the gloom. Remember that if you’re dealing with something, we are here for you.
Until next time,
