F3 Greenwood

6 pax jumped out of their cars this morning ready to get their workout on.  We thought we had 7 pax ready to go but it turns out that the parking area for RedFriday is someone’s Secret Rendezvous spot.  YHC was the first to arrive and saw an unfamiliar SUV parked in the same place we usually park for REDFriday.  I did not notice anyone in the driver seat so I assumed that someone was on the track.  As more pax arrived for the workout, we noticed that there were people in the suv and they were moving from the backseat to the front seat.  Soon after they drove off.  May be next time they will move their secret rendezvous spot to a dark corner of the parking lot and not directly under the light and in front of the gate.

The 6 pax completed the Loredo WOD.  The Loredo WOD is in honor of  U.S. Army Staff Sergeant Edwardo Loredo, 34, of Houston, TX, assigned to the 2nd Battalion, 508th Parachute Infantry Regiment, 4th Brigade Combat Team, 82d Airborne Division, based in Fort Bragg, NC, was killed on June 24, 2010 in Jelewar, Afghanistan, when insurgents attacked his unit with an improvised explosive device.  He is survived by his wife, First Sergeant Jennifer Loredo; his daughter, Laura Isabelle; his stepdaughter, Alexis; and his son, Eduardo Enrique.
