6 beastly PAX decided they were up for a fight this morning.  It has been about 11 months since we first attempted the “Fight Gone Bad” at Red Friday.  YHC thought it would be a good time to give it another go.  It was a definite party!

Perform each exercise for 1 minute per round. 1 minute rest between rounds. (That’s 5 minutes of work and 1 minute rest per round.  18 minutes cumulative for all three rounds)

  • Great work by 6 strong PAX
  • Timer issues plagued the first session, but we regrouped.
  • OH presses really wore YHC down in the first session.
  • Not really sure how fair it is to count a 50m sprint and a LBC as one rep each!
  • Nice to have our first F Q back at Fury.
  • Some good natured ribbing directed at YHC for not being at Fury recently.  Don’t worry boys, Jesse is getting his work in!
