6 beastly PAX decided they were up for a fight this morning. It has been about 11 months since we first attempted the “Fight Gone Bad” at Red Friday. YHC thought it would be a good time to give it another go. It was a definite party!

- Timer issues plagued the first session, but we regrouped.
- OH presses really wore YHC down in the first session.
- Not really sure how fair it is to count a 50m sprint and a LBC as one rep each!
- Nice to have our first F Q back at Fury.
- Some good natured ribbing directed at YHC for not being at Fury recently. Don’t worry boys, Jesse is getting his work in!
