Double digit PAX for a Christmas Eve Eve edition of Red Friday.  For those unfamiliar with the term Christmas Eve Eve, it is one of the most celebrated days of the year, particularly if you are young and single.  See Christmas Eve Eve is one of the best days to rekindle long lost relationships with the ladies from yesteryear.  As folks converge on their hometowns to celebrate the holidays, Christmas Eve Eve serves as a perfect night to hit the town in search of long lost love or even something more short term in nature,  Maybe you find that girlfriend you haven’t seen since highschool, or maybe you decide to pursue that slightly redneck, yet hot, girl that you inadvertently overlooked in your younger days bc you were too busy worrying about what everyone thought.  So here’s to you Christmas Eve Eve, continue the tradition of being one of the most opportunistic days of the year for helping folks hook up.  (Friday after Thanksgiving is also a great day).

Onto the workout which included one of the most hilarious and surprising quips in F3 Greenwood’s history.  Mid-workout, a certain unnamed PAX (he is tan, slender, and an upper body specimen) was questioned about his form on the OH Presses.  His immediate and passionate response was, “I am pressing, bitch!”  The remaining PAX enjoyed the exchange, but didn’t really appreciate the beauty of it until post workout.  Meatloaf’s Massacre is not an easy workout, so the comment was underappreciated in the middle of the Massacre.  YHC remembered the Massacre (only performed one other time in F3 Greenwood brief history) and decided to bring it back, albeit with a bit more mileage.  Total mileage was upped from 2.5 miles to 3.75 miles.  It goes like this:
