Today we Honored Canadian Forces Pvt. Colin Wilmot, 24, of Fredericton, Nebraska, assigned to the 2nd Battalion, Princess Patricia’s Canadian Light Infantry (2 PPCLI) Battle Group, based out of Edmonton, Alberta, died on July 6, 2008, from wounds suffered when an explosive device detonated near him in the Panjwaii District of Afganistan.
WILTON
6 Rounds
50 Squats
25 Dips
After the FAB 5 completed the workout we broke out the basketball and headed to the court. Rules were if you made it we only do 10 reps of the exercise of your choice, miss it and we do 20 reps. Chipper, Alpo and myself were the only PAX to get on the stat sheet. BenGay had a hitch in his ‘get a long’ and Crayola is just too strong for basketball. BenGay may have been limited but not enough for him to call 2 full court bearcrawls for his errant shot.
announcements – Boot Camp at EPICENTER tomorrow 0600.
Prayers for everyone
See you in the morning
