* YHC likes the challenge presented with Pull-ups so I’ve been wanting to do this Hero WOD for a while. Of course rain and painted bars don’t play well together, so YHC feared an audible would have to be called. Thankfully not.
* It was quickly apparent that this was going to be a tough Hero WOD and although towards the end our form was not competition sharp it was great to see everyone giving 100%.
* Tclaps to the pull-up machine, Sour for making it look easy. He even got in a little leg work while waiting for us to finish.
* YHC believes that the only way to get better at something is to do it over and over. So don’t be surprised if this jewel doesn’t get called again in the not to distant future.
