YHC carefully pondered the list of Hero WODs for one we have not done yet. But one workout just didn’t seem right. So YHC selected two. Little did YHC know that the combination of the two WODs would be one not soon forgotten.
It is worth noting that MeterMaid, the REDFRiday AOQ, and Alpo were down with F3GrandStrand Qing the very first REDFriday workout down there. Those guys chose to do Loredo, which just so happens to be the very first one we did up here when REDFriday started unofficially.

YHC does not remember being more mentally or physically challenged since Good Friday when I did the Jesus WOD. Twice during the second WOD I felt like I was going to black out and had to literally stop to collect myself. Total CNS overload. Meanwhile, UncleBuck lost SEVEN POUNDS sweating like only UncleBuck can. It was a morning to remember.
