This particular REDFriday was a little different than most for me. A few weeks ago I noticed that the Q sheet was a little empty so I thought I needed to get myself on the list. Then, this past Tuesday I received a text asking if I would be interested in taking over as AOQ. So, not only did I have the honor of leading the Q, but now I would have the honor of the AOQ.
As I was looking through the WOD spreadsheet, I thought I would check to see if I could find a HeroWOD that I had never done before. So, I stumbled on the Pat workout.
