For this REDFriday, I was very selfish in picking the workout due to an ailing knee. In the Wood, we kind of live by “if you can’t do it, don’t Q it.” With that said, I decided on “Angie.”

Prayer Requests: we prayed for the men and women fighting for our freedom and also for their families who make huge sacrifices everyday on our behalf. We are blessed to be able to workout in their honor and humbled by their sacrifice.
NMM:
I told the pax they would finish early (and especially Sunshine), so if they wanted to get in a run after the work, that was fine. After explaining the work, Sunshine got a big kick out of me thinking he would finish early (Sunshine loves pull-ups!).
Shout out to Sunshine for providing tunes.
Hulk showed up with a shaved head and body covered in poison ivy ( I had to put back on my gloves in the BOM).
Tootsie powered through the work with a sore neck.
Mary Ann and I were still sore from Tuesday’s Mogadishu mile!
We all finished early, but but never stopped working until 6…this is REDFriday, and there is no quit! Awesome work guys!
