Repeat  hills in time to return at 6am

A few went Out-n-Back, a few walked.  All returned safely, Glad to have all!

Reflecting on the last 24 hours of twitter chatter had YHC remembering his humble and slow start to embrace F3 about 2 1/2 years ago.  Several PAX reached out to me at a difficult family time and immediately showed me this is where I need to be.  YHC has grown tremendously with 1st F, made many new friends with 2nd F, and been blessed by the 3rd F.  All of us are better for being a part and making F3 a part of our lives.  Keep encouraging each other and better yet get an FNG or bring somebody back that has quit.  Until next time…….
