5 PAX showed up on a cool Thursday morning to take on the hour long bootcamp known as Fury.  I was concerned that it was only going to be myself and Pacer, but thankfully, Meter, Bengay, and Alpo came in last minute.  Interestingly enough, two cars from FoxCarolina news showed up at 5:00am as well.  I’m sure the girl was confused as to why these random men were standing out front at 5:00am but she would not make eye contact so we went on about our business.  It went like this:

Great work.  Around 2.5 miles covered and a lot of reps.
It continues to amaze me how quickly you can lose overall fitness (even if you are staying active).  I was struggling to get through the sets of merkins unbroken, when back in July and August i would have burned through them no problem.
Listen to the IPC challenge recap on the Rountable Podcast.  A good discussion about the event as well as the importance of the 1st F.
I was hoping the Foxnews folks would grab us for an interview.  (Maybe if we would have done those monkey humpers like the PAX suggested?)
