Dis what happened

warmup – nah, ain’t nobody got time for dat

The work – run to hibachi hill and then stop at the bottom of fury hill

5 Bonnies (the hard way) at the first light pole then increase reps by 5 for every pole until we got to 30 reps and then decrease by 5 reps on the upcoming poles all the way to the top of Fury Rd. (Brutal)

from the top of fury rd start with 5 merkins and increase by 5 reps for every light pole until you get to 40 reps then decrease by 5 reps until we reach the bottom of fury hill.

this time around we did air squats starting at 5 reps and increasing by 5 all the way up to 35 and then went back down the ladder.
