mosey to next red light:

Mosey to pawn shop corner(formerly rogue coupon station):
30 lunge steps
mosey to condom house:
10 pullups
30 squats
mosey to remax:
30 calf raises
mosey back to pawn shop:
30 lunge steps
mosey to Fuji express:
30 dips
30 squats
mosey to Walgreens’s:
30 lunge steps
mosey to cfa:
(merkins were decline merkins)
30 step ups on benches
mosey to light pole at top of hill:
30 jungle boi squats
mosey back two lights poles then back to starting point.
Recap:
3.1 miles covered. (10 total stops) 50 burpees, 10 pull-ups, 30 bench step ups, 30 calf raises, 60 monkey humpers, 90 lunge steps, 90 squats, 60 jungle boi squats, 200 merkins, 400 ab reps. A “simple” day at fury.
