Another Q at Fury for me, and I was roaming through HERO WODs to find some new things to do. Found a few things that I liked  so I came up with a plan for pain, and went to bed early with anticipation. Got there early with Inspector not far behind me with a Amazon special delivery of ant killer for the toy box, but unfortunately we needed a lawn mover more than ant killer today.

Weather: cool but muggy

Warmup: 20 SSH, 20 cut the grass, 20 plank jacks, 10 burpees OYO.

The Work part one: Modified Barbara”

5 rounds of 10 pullups, 20 merkins, 30 big bois, 40 air squats. After every round you bear crawl to the tree line, and do 10 plank jacks and run back. After 5 rounds you do 50 SSH for the six.

Part two: AMRAP for time. 50 seconds of work, 10 seconds rest.

Man makers, thrusters, tricep extensions, Overhead presses, Burpee block jumps, Side straddle hops, Jungle boy squats, Monkey humpers, Bonnie blairs, Mountain climbers, Merkins, Plank jacks, Shoulder taps, High to low planks, Side straddle hops, Burpees, Curls.

Returned coupons and circled up in parking lot for the last 3 minutes of Ab work. 20 Vups, 30 American hammers, 40 crunches. After one round time was called.

Lots of Mumble chatter this morning, especially with bear crawling through a foot tall grass, finding the ant hills, and everyone’s personal favorite was the AMRAP list I picked out.  The Gloom is the only place where if someone told me F you man! I would take it as a compliment.  Most importantly we all got a lot better this morning, and we wont have any issues on getting a good nights rest.  EM out!!
