Fury was/is designed to be a harder workout. The Q can only deliver that to a certain point. Like most things in life, the pax have to decide to step up and put the effort in to be better.
A hearty and healthy discussion has been under way after the workout about the declining attendance at all AOs/workouts – bootcamp and run alike. We are not a perfect group and have failed men that have come into F3Greenwood on more than one occasion. It is our job to put that extra effort in to be better.
There are plenty of pax that have come and gone – and have come back, and then gone again. It is up to them to decide to put in the effort to meet us at the 1st F in order to further build the 2nd and the 3rd.
Let’s all make a conscious effort to put in the extra effort – because if we aren’t getting better, we are getting worse. We never stay the same.
