After a strenuous back breaking breath taking warmup we dragged what was left of our bodies to the start of the Week 0 workout ( Big thanks to Hampton Watkins 34 Inspector for showing up early and measuring the 400m for us)
BenGay was our official proctor for the workout and he made sure to keep us motivated.

Everyone of these men got amongst it and it made my heart smile. After they pushed through the week 0 workout we moseyed up to the coupons and got a little upper body work in until time was called.
