This workout has shown me 2 things. First I don’t incorporate enough leg stuff when I Q, because my legs have been bad sore since Tuesday. Second I need to start running more. Today was better then Tuesday, but it was still a tough workout.

This workout looked easy on paper, but boy was I wrong. The Bonnie Blairs are the worst in my opinion.
On the 400 meter run there’s an incline each way. Makes it a lot harder to push through when you’re already winded.
Everybody showed out this morning. Good work from everybody.
