10 pax 10 stations: Max effort at each station for 45 secs, two rotations through each station.
Bench Press (with 30 lb dumbells- somebody said they were 40)
Lat Pulls (35 lb kettle bell)
Pull-ups (dead hangs)
Dips
Skull Crusher
Wrist roller
Goblet squats
Stationary lunges (with 2 30 lb dumbells)
Curls (20 lb dumbells)
Bent over rows
2 rounds completed, Pacer says run a mile, great idea! One lap around the lake!
Continue 2 more rounds thru all stations. This time max effort for 35 secs.
Completed, few minutes left.

Everything was ready for a perfect workout. Weather was picture perfect, equipment was pristine, the pax were eager to bust it! Speaker failed, no tunes! Even my finger tip touch glove failed me! YHC did have a lot of encouragement (sarcasm) from the pax. Even without music, it was a pleasure to lead this fine group of men,
