After the huge storm the night before, YHC anticipated wet terrain, downed trees, and only a few pax. Much to YHCs surprise, many pax were there when we (Mr. Bean and YHC) pulled up a couple of minutes late. And they kept coming.
This is what we did:
Started off with a set of 21-15-9. 21 of each exercise, then 15, and finally 9. The exercises were man-makers, goblet squats, and flutter kicks. The ground was surprisingly dry (not really) but not as wet as we thought it would be. The first inkling of potential problematic coordination in YHCs workout occurred when all coupons had been distributed and several pax were without. A pair of bricks served as an adequate substitute during 21-15-9 work. Much more coupon work was scheduled and an audible was called.
The 16 pax were divided into 4 groups of 4. 4 stations were quickly established: Overhead Press, Alpo, Pull-ups, and Dips. Each group rotated around the 4 stations completing or attempting to complete 50 of each exercise.
The groups of 4 divided again into groups of 2. Each pair grabbed a coupon and moseyed to the next to last drive going down Fury rd. One pax did work, while the other pax ran to stop sign and did 10 hand release merkins, then ran back up to flipflop with partner pax.
The work was accumulative:
200 Kettle bell swings
400 Curls
Time was called in time for us to mosey back to the pull-up bars and return the coupons.

NMS: A lot is included in above, but YHC could not find his keys this morning. Had to call Bean to pick me up instead of visa versa. On the way to Fury, Blu wanted to help Bean with the accelerator to get there faster. Bean did not have the sense of urgency that I wanted him to have. But bless his heart, he came and busted the workout. Thanks for all the pax that attended- Fury all but shut down the Epicenter today! Until next time, Blu is done!
