Today was a Q I didn’t want. I took it because of a responsibility I assumed as the AOQ 21 months ago. Through that time I have gone through some fluctuations in motivation, injuries, projects, changes in my career, all the while trying to be the best husband and father possible. How I lead a workout has changed as well. I can tell you for certain that I have progressed any many ways unintended. I urge you to step up and Q and prosper in ways you don’t yet even expect. It sounds crazy, but crazies are the ones that wake up and post in the cold and rain and get better little by little day by day. End the end though it wasn’t much more than a workout with some men in the gloom. From one crazy to another, see ya around.
