As we approach the end of Nips Out November, it was planned that Fury would contain a generous amount of merkins. 5:00 rolled around, and Foreclosure and I almost decided to head on over to Epicenter. It wasn’t three seconds after that Tootsie came rolling in on two wheels, and we decided to stay and put in that extra 15 minutes of work. Here is what went down…..
5:00- Disclosure?
5:01- Warmup – 30 merkins and 30 pull-ups OYO.
And we’re off to the bottom of Fury Hill with a block.
The work-
-
10 thrusters at the first light pole.
Leaving the block there, run to the next pole and do 3 merkins, then run to the next pole. Now 6 merkins are done, and we run to the next pole. There we add another 3 reps to the next set. This pattern continues.
Once the set of merkins are done at the F3 pole at the top, mosey back to the block.
Rifle carry to the next pole, and start again with 10 thrusters.
Continue this pattern, each round shortening the run, and the number of merkins.
5:50ish – Rifle carry to each pole on are way back to home base, completing 5 thrusters and 10 merkins at each pole.
5:57ish – Finish with some burner curls.

Announcements – Saturday BC at Epicenter, Christmas party Dec.11 at Mrs.Duggers house.
Prayer request – Errbody.
If you were not at a BC today, you were missed. I’m not sure if it’s the cold, or the lack of motivation, but I miss seeing some of the guys that were around when I started do this stuff a little over two years ago. What will it take to get them back out?
The three of us ended Nips Out November with a bang! We completed 390 total merkins. As cold as it was this morning, it was quite enjoyable. I also enjoyed the constant mumble chatter. The workout was the second best thing about being out there.
Tomorrow is a new day full of new opportunities. How will you start it. I know what I’ll be doing.
