4 PAX started their day at an hour long edition of Fury delivered by YHC. Was going to be the Fab 5, but received an early text from Jugger stating he was out due to illness. Get well Jugger. So we soldiered on as a 4 man unit. The extra 15 minutes really adds more options, especially with a spread out AO like Fury. The work went down like this:

Sprint up Fury Road to Merrywood grassy knoll (Approx 150yds)
20 V- ups
Mosey back to bottom of Fury Rd
Rinse and Repeat for 3 total rounds
Merkin Indian Run back to dog park Gazebo (10 merkins each time)
25 Burpee Box Jumps
25 dips
25 Abs
1 rope climb

COT/BOM
- Rope climbs have proven to be taxing on the elbows. Doing some research as to why so hopefully we can avoid in the future.
- T-claps to Inspector and Duggar for completing legless rope climbs
- The 150 yard sprint up Fury Rd (3 times) was a butt kicker
- Very windy today, at one point we could hear the pine trees squeaking/cracking.
