10 PAX gathered for a taste of Fury on Tuesday.  YHC has been looking to try some new workout schemes and I think i found one i liked today.  It went like this:

 

10 Rounds

Pullups (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10)

Dips (2,4,6,8,10,12,14,16,18,20)

Merkins (3,6,9,12,15,18,21,24,27,30)

Chinups (10,9,8,7,6,5,4,3,2,1)

Thrusters (5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5,5)

After each round, run to woods and back

 

Mr Ed for Early Finishers

50 Curls

40 Calf Raises

30 OH Presses

20 American Hammers

 

Return blocks and mosey to Gazebo

 

Gazebo work

10 Burpees

20 Box Jumps

30 Dips

40 Jungle Boi Squats (Crowd pleaser)

50 Abs

800m lap around pond

 

Mr Ed for early finishers: repeat stationary above work then max effort merkins and squats until 6:00am.

    Good work by all
    Papercut and Pacer led the way.  Nice to see those guys pushing it.  Could have easily finished 2 mins early but we pushed through with max effort merkins and squats until time called.  That’s how you get better.
    Let’s face it, some day we have it and some days we don’t.  That said, i’m a firm believer in giving full effort if I’m there.  I challenge you to do the same.
