Furys Revenge has been neglected long enough. Had a couple guys who didn’t even know what it was. So we explained it and made a couple of small changes. It’s a pretty simple beat down, but these are the kind of workouts that separate Fury from the rest of the bunch. This workout gives you a total body thrashing while adding some cardio to get the heart rate up. So here it is.
The thing:
-Start from the flag and run to the Gazebo and complete 30 box jumps.
-Gazebo to the bottom of Fury road complete 30 squats.
– run from the bottom to Merrywood and complete 30 merkins.
-Merrywood to the top light pole and complete 30 crunches
-Light pole to the pull-up bars and complete 30 pull-ups and 30 dips
– run back to the gazebo and drop your set by 5 each round.

I was very impressed by the effort today. I was curious to see how far everybody would get because we used to only have 45 minutes to complete the workout and people were only getting down to 20 reps (Except for freaks like Pacer). Anyways everybody got down to sets of 15 today and UJ got down to 10 I believe. That extra 15 minutes makes a difference. Changing the box jumps from chick fil a to the gazebo made a big difference also. You used to get a little warm up by jogging to chick fil a, but not today. Those box jumps right off the bat have you heart rate going early. Good work from everybody.
