F3 Greenwood

Back in February of 2018 we launched what was supposed to be a recurring fitness test, utilizing the APFT, to measure progress periodically.  Fast forward almost 2 years and we haven’t repeated.  So we decided to repeat the test, set our baseline, and commit to performing the APFT quarterly on a go forward basis.  24 guys decided to give it a go.  (We had 27 back in February 2018).   A couple of guys fartsacked and a couple avoided it like the plague, but the 24 who showed up pushed themselves hard and established a new baseline.  It will be a good measuring stick 3 months from now.

Takeaways:

Duggar maxed the test although he sharted on Judge Hairy during the sit-ups and then stopped mid run for a poo.  Definitely an asterisk on the score.

We have some fast dudes and some have made tremendous “strides” with their running.

Rapunzel went sub 6 min pace.

Of the 15 who completed both 2/1/18 and 11/21/19 versions, 12 increased their score, 1 stayed the same, and 2 declined.

Inspiring to see guys push until the end.  You know who you are.  Keep grinding and it will pay off.
