While the scheduled Q today is out on injured reserve, I was glad to be able to take over. I initially had something else on the menu, but after arriving in the pouring rain I threw together something that would keep us under the gazebo. Each man had to endure a brief walk in the rain to retrieve a block.

Although the rain killed my original plans we got in some solid work. Those awkward block merkins are fun. I think everyone appreciated them. BenGay seemed to really enjoy the band presses and all the pain they had to offer. I’ll have to incorporate those more often.
I’m glad these few guys aren’t afraid of water, and came out to get better.
