4:55: Inspector and Foreclosure are working with power tools near the chained up tires…metal is being cut. Upon return to the group Inspector tells us the combo to tire lock is FURY…like on a phone’s dial pad. I see what he’s done there and good on him. Very clever.
4:59: one minute warning, disclaimer
Conditions: could use a little more humidity
Warmup: 20 SSH IC, 15 Straight plank leg raises IC, 10 side plank leg raises right and left IC, 10 side plank hip drops right and left IC.
Mosey to coupons, then meet at the median of Fury road intersection.
Werk: 11, 21, 11. All pax begin at median. Other work takes place at the corner of Laurel and the new mailbox near Genesis entrance.
Pax begin 21 at median with Man Makers/Curls. Half pax mosey to mailbox for 11s with Smurfjacks and Big Boiz. Other half mosey to Laurel for 11s with Bonnie Blairs and Merkins. Pax then mosey to other 11s location, but each time pax pass the median they must complete the 21. 5:50 recover.
Pax head to new and improved chained up tires where half pax go with Sugar, other half with Meter. The two groups race to flip the tire as many times as possible for remaining time. It took about 4:30 to get from median to tire flipping, leaving us 5:30 worth of flips. Losing group returns tires and locks them up. Thanks for cleaning up Meter’s team;)
