This was an old Jugz workout that I modified a little bit. One partner works while one runs to the tree line and back. Work is cumulative. 5:03 and we’re working.

75- tire flips
100- KB swings
150- Thrusters
175- lunge steps
200- Dips
250-Merkins
300- Crunches
This workout is always tough. Nobody has ever finished it to my knowledge. We got to crunches, but ran out of time. We’ll definitely be sore in the morning.
I’m glad Alpo showed up this morning. Good work and thanks for pushing me through.
This will be my last bootcamp for awhile. I’m putting myself on the IR until I can get my elbow right. It never will heal if I don’t give it a break. So I’m going to start back focusing on running.
