YHC has been struggling the last couple of days with fatigue. YHC let the AOQ know the evening before that I would post but it would probably not be my A game. YHC arrived early to plan out the workout, yea the juices were not flowing and I really didn’t want to do anything. Everything I thought of I was like I’m not doing that or those this morning. So I decided to recycle a Q I used at Shipyard last week with a couple of modifications. Makes writing the BB a little easier as well.
I won’t lie when I arrived at the AO and didn’t see the AOQ who was to be there early to run and I was hoping for a no show so I could just bail and go back to bed. But right after that thought Inspector arrived. Time to get to work.
