8 guys decided to start their morning at Fury and boy was it a good one. 1 hour of straight Fury madness. Mogadishu Mile is generally a 45-60 min workout at Red Friday, so throw in Fury Road and Hibachi Hill and I figured it was going to run a bit long. The guys put in some serious work.

- Unreal effort by all PAX. I believe most completed the work.
- The 1 mile run consisted of starting at the pull-up bars, through the woods, down Fury road, up to the telephone pole between Nagoya and Walgreens (now affectionately known as Hibachi Hill), turn around and come all the way back up. And let me tell you, that trip up Fury Rd on the second mile was tough.
- The prayer included a request for the Lord to be with Meter and Alpo as they embark on their annual “trip of sin”. I think that’s the first joke I’ve ever put in a prayer.
- The guys keep working on those pull-ups and it definitely shows. Solid effort.
