YHC wasn’t sure what to expect today due to week 0 of the IPC so a leg friendlyish WOD was chosen for those PAX who ventured out. But upon arrival at Fury, 2C was the only other PAX in sight and that didn’t change when 5:15 hit even though, there was a Duggar HC the night before.

2C hadn’t completed Loredo yet, so that was on tap for him. YHC had Riley planned but wasn’t feeling it solo so, a 4 mile run was completed as 2C completed Loredo. YHC finished 4 miles as 2C was completing his final 400 meters.
