Tabata style – 20 seconds work / 10 seconds break; 20 rounds total (~10 minutes) for each exercise; on your first round, give it all you got to reach your max reps, then subtract one for the remaining 19 rounds to get your target reps. Carry the one, reduce the fraction, find the derivative, solve for x. Keep good notes because this will be on the test.

Butt-kickers but without actually kicking the butt. You gotta have a lot of junk in the trunk to actually get those feet making contact.
Bonnie Blairs were originally slated to come directly after jungle bois but LET ME TELL YOU NOW that was not going to happen. Audible to sit ups.
Target reps (x-1, where x=MAX) were met for the most part, at least for the first few exercises. Or at least the first few rounds.
Deceptively heinous. The 20 seconds got longer and the 10 seconds got shorter. I’ve been spending the better part of my adult life trying to convince others that 20 seconds really is a long time – my position is fully supported by this workout.
