F3 Greenwood

7 PAX showed up at Fury to get their Tuesday started off right with F3Greenwood’s 60 min boot camp.  Weather was nice, tunes were good, and work was done.  I promised a stationary workout (more on that later) and one that would provide a proper pump.  I hope it delivered.  

 

Maximum Effort with a Minimum

Work must be done in order (in an effort to avoid bottleneck at pull ups, some started at top of list and others at the bottom). Max effort. Once you drop/stop, you must run to woods and back. Keep going until all reps are completed.  Disclaimer was provided and off we went.

 

100 Pullups (10 rep minimum, so even if you drop, get to 10 reps until you take a trip to the woods)

50 Abs – Leg Raises

200 Merkins (20 rep minimum)

50 Abs – Gas Pumps

300 Curls (30 rep minimum)

50 Abs – APFT Situps

200 Chest Presses (20 rep Minimum)

50 Abs – Leg Raises

100 Dips (10 rep minimum)

50 Abs – Gas Pumps

100 OH Presses (10 rep Minimum)

50 Abs – APFT Situps

    Foreclosure again was pleased with the tunes.  Even remarked that Ice Cube provided him the ability to squeak out 1 extra pull-up.
    “Stationary workout” – My watch told me i covered 2.39 miles when all was said and done.  That’s a lot of trips back and forth to the woods.  Welcome to Fury.
    Good work by all.  That said, we are at bootcamp for a reason…to put in work.  When i’m on the Q, that’s what i expect.  After-all, “we don’t get up at 4:30am to half-ass a workout”
    No-one finished that I’m aware of, but i believe most were one the last or next to last exercise, respectively.
