The THANG:
Line up in 2 lines at the PullUp bars. Perform 1 rep, then move to the Dip Bars. Perform 1 rep, then move to the fence line. Perform 1 Air Squat, then move to the back of the PullUp line. Each rd increase reps by 1.
Stop after 5 rds.
Mosey to Jugger’s Yield Sign and drop your water off, then continue on to the intersection of Fury Rd and Laurel. Line up facing the Bypass and start lunge walking down Fury Rd. Each time after stopping to “shake out” your legs, perform 5 merkins. Change from merkins to VUps once on the downhill slope of Fury Rd. Wait for the 6 at the bottom.
RECOVER!!!!!
All the lallygaggers walking down the hill got a shot of the drill sgt to put it in gear!
It was time to line up into two lines once everyone made it to the bottom of Fury Rd. With all pax facing downhill, Indian run (back pedal) up Fury Rd back to the PullUp bars.
Mr Ed: Continue with the PullUp, Dip, Squat combo and finish Rds 6 & 7.

The backwards Indian run up Fury rd is a hoot, especially when racing another team.
It was a good day. The legs hurt at first, but sorta went numb after a while. Hopefully you’ve consumed some tart cherry juice and spinach to help with the DOMS that is sure to visit. It was an honor and a pleasure.
