Juggernaut has had the EH machine rolling and reeled in another for Fury this am.  Thankfully YHC was on the Q for the first times with a light and easy Q.  I deemed this Q light and easy as Juggernaut did not threaten me.  So here’s what we did:

Run to the median at entrance of school ~ .25 mile (I’ve spent so time at a drag strip so I can estimate these things) and do 40 Chest Press

Run to the stop sign where the light goes on and off ~ .25 mile (again drag strip) and do 30 Bonnie Blairs

Run back to the median ~ .25 mile (DRAG STRIP) and do 30 BBS

Run back to the Dip/Pullup area ~ .25 mile (Say it with me Drag Strip) and repeat

2 Sets completed by most, some more some slightly less
