F3 Greenwood

5 PAX decided to start their day with the hour long AO that is Fury.  I arrived a mere 4 mins early to ensure proper time to get the speaker working and gloves on.  Unfortunately, I was the only person there.  Duggar strolled in not long after, then Alpo, then Mary Ann, and finally Tootsie emerged from the fog right about go time.  I’m still taking a cautious approach with my back and therefore have been avoiding coupon work, so I pulled out a favorite workout that always is well received.  I was able to add some running into the mix as a result of the extra 15 mins that is available at Fury.  It went like this:

Bear Crawl to the woods (~50 yards)

100 Merkins

Burpee Broad Jump Back (~50 yards)

100 Big Boi Sit ups

100 Jungle Boi Squats

Burpee Broad Jump Back (~50 yards)

50 Pull-ups

25 Burpees

 

1 mile run – Down Fury Road to light pole right past Nagoya

 

Early Finishers completed some extra work that included sets of the following:

Merkins

Dips

Ab work

Bar hang

  • Good work by all today.
  • Shout out to Mary Ann and Tootsie for ensuring they got the 1 mile run in and circled back for their burpees.  That kind of commitment is what I like to see.
  • Someone needs to cut the grass at Fury, dear me.
