F3 Greenwood

Usually most of my Q’s will include a workout that hits all muscle groups, but here lately I’ve wanted to start concentrating on one primary section.

First up… The Legs!

Knowing that we have several dealing with leg injuries and also not knowing how a hour of leg work would go, I put out a disclaimer text (warning text) to the guys that I felt were Fury regulars.  In doing so I knew the number of guys that would post to Fury would be small.  Thanks to Uncle Jesse it was larger than 1.  When I woke up this morning I knew UJ had a sick 2.0 so I wasn’t sure if he would be able to make it or not, so I began to psych myself up for doing the workout solo versus just going for a run.  Then I got the text from UJ saying he was coming in hot.  2 man BOMs may be awkward, but a 2 person workout is a lot better than a solo workout.  Especially when it’s cold.

So here’s what you missed:

Surprised at how well the legs held up during the workout. They started to burn during the first set of Jungle Boy Squats, but held strong for the full hour. Now tonight and tomorrow may be a different story. If you hate you missed out, don’t worry. Leg Day will cycle back around soon.
