I was happy to see a bigger crowd than what I’m used to as the Q of a workout. Most of us got our work in at Fury, while UJ took off for a run. I decided to go with my original idea from my last Q since it didn’t rain this morning.

These guys came to work this morning. The combination of humidity and moist grass had everyone looking like they jumped in the pond across the street. Sugar appeared about half way through the workout and hopped right in. That should show us that even running late shouldn’t prevent us from posting and getting better.
I’m liking the alternating side block merkins. If we do enough of those we might be able to tit bounce like Blu one day. I figured dips were a great exercise to throw in the mix. They’ll eventually have your triceps looking like a rugby balls, and have your shirt sleeves screaming (kinda puts me in the mind of someone…). When it comes to leg workouts I’m not sure if I prefer to do squating bonnies, or thrusters. They both suck, but bonnies sure do take a lot more time.
And lastly, Inspector has placed a new trunk for your junk (no, not that kind) out at fury to store workout related items. Feel free to contribute your unwanted workout items to the stash.
