It was a solid somewhat mild July morning for a Fury bootcamp. Since my last Q at Fury was stationary I decided that we would roam around for a bit. Disclaimer and slight warm up kicked us off.
THE WORK
Mosey down to bottom of Fury Hill followed by 10 burpees
Leg work on Murderer’s Row with exercises at each pole and in between. (Lunges, Jungle Boys, Right Leg Shuffles in squat position, Air Squats, Left Leg Shuffles in squat position, Monkey Humpers, and Burpees
Mosey to Fury JR for the 11’s with Double Hand Release Merkins and LBC’s because everybody loves a good hill.
After Completion of the 11’s we performed an Indian Run with Sprints all the way back to the Dog Park entrance.
Then we moseyed down to the pond for more fun and it went like this
10 Burpees, 20 Air Squats, 30 Monkey Humpers, Run a lap
Rinse and Repeat
Mosey up to Gazebo where we finished up with the 11’s with box jumps and abs.
