YHC has come to enjoy and embrace the elements of Fury that are different than other AO’s. An extra 15 minutes which came in handy this morning, the lack of warm-up (get there early and run), and the extended running sessions just to name a few. YHC arrived early and set out the plan. YHC likes to call a lot of different exercises to achieve a full body workout and cardio session but the downfall is its usually too much to remember but this morning I made note cards at each station of work so no one had to remember or ask but most of the PAX were apparently illiterate as they still asked at each station, especially Duggar at the ab station where he was laying right beside the note card but still asked YHC what the exercises and reps were.
Disclaimer given at the parking lot and YHC begins to layout the plan for everyone but assures them they don’t have to remember as its all spelled out for them.
Explanation of the work:
Beginning at the Pull-up/Dip station do 10 Burpees, 5 Pullups and 50 Chest Press. You will then run to the Island and perform 30 Dying Cockroaches, 20 Freddy Mercury and 10 BBS. Then make your way to the Picnic area and perform 21 Box Jumps, 15 Dips and 9 Decline Merkins. Then make your way around the track around the pond stopping at a station setup about halfway and perform 30 Curls, 20 Bent Rows and 10 Alpos, this is were pandemonium broke out as I subtlety said oh by the way we have to farmers carry blocks to this point on the pond track. Leave one block and make your way around the pond to the other station and perform 21 Kettlebell Swings, 15 Overhead Press and 9 Front Press. Leave your block and make your way back to the start and repeat. One round is equal to 0.75 miles. On the 2nd round take the 2nd block with you back to the start. On the 3rd round take the 1st block back with you.
Those who finished the 3rd round 1st were instructed by YHC to keep cycling through the 10 Burpee, 5 Pullup and 50 Chest Press round until time was called. This provided much discussion as the 3 rounds were slightly exhausting and taxing on the body, well YHC’s anyway, but we all pushed through and worked, well most of time unless there was a French discussion.
Great work by all this am and good to have Madoff back and Mary Anne make his 1st visit.
Put the blocks away and circle up by the parking lot.

Announcements and Prayer
YHC closed in prayer just before discussions got out of hand about how difficult it would be to grip things with said hand today.
YHC was affectionately called Spartanloaf this morning and unintentionally I did create some Spartan training exercises with the Q this morning. YHC enjoys moving, working, moving, working and pushing the cardio envelope to get better. If you see my name on the Q sheet you can expect more of this type of work the rest of this year.
