I wasn’t expecting a huge turnout due to the game and forecast. I know Inspector and SB were on board so I worked up a Gazebo workout. 2C and Crayola joined in on the fun. It went like this:

Gazebo work – 5 Rounds for Time
28 Box Jumps
28 Thrusters
28 OH Presses
28 KB Swings
28 Decline Merkins
28 Leg Raises on picnic table
(That’s 140 reps of each of those 6 exercises. Yikes)
Mr Ed for early finishers
Take a lap around the pond for Crayola since he finished ahead of everyone.
Then:
45 sec plank, 15 second recover
45 LBCs, 15 sec rest
45 Flutters, 15 sec rest
45 Russian twists, 15 sec rest
45 squats, 15 sec rest
45 calf raises, 15 sec rest
Return Blocks

*This one is a grinder and one that includes several exercises that I dislike and need to work on. Only way to get better is to do them.
*Music started slow but finished strong with some Phish and Van Morrison.
