Mary Anne decided to join me for our periodic running of the Mogadishu Mile. Ironically, as he and I were making our way to the pull up station, he said “what do you have in store, Mog Mile?”. I had not given any hints, but he was right. We modified it slightly but it went like this:

Lunge/Squat combo – 4 rounds
25 Lunge Steps (count right leg only)
25 Squats
Merkin/Sprint Combo – 4 rounds
25 Merkins
Sprint to woods (approx. 50 meters)
100 Thrusters
50 Pull-Ups
1 Mile Run
Mr Ed (extra duty)
25 Flutters
25 LBCs
25 Leg Raises
25 Russian twists
